Booking Process
- Scheduling: Upon service confirmation, a scheduling link will be provided via email and text message for your convenience. This link will allow you to select your preferred date and time for the cleaning visit.
- Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
- Cancellation: Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellations or adjustments of scheduled appointments.

Service Details
- Hourly Rate: $28.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
- Flat Rate Preferred: While we offer an hourly rate, we recommend a flat rate service whenever possible. This ensures a predictable cost and eliminates potential variations based on factors like house/room size or hygiene conditions. We will gladly discuss your specific needs and provide a flat rate quote.
- Cleaning Products: We use eco-friendly cleaning products by default. Should you require alternative products, please let us know in advance.
- Deep Clean Services: Additional services like oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, and cabinet cleaning are considered deep cleans and may incur an additional charge.
- Travel Allowance: A travel allowance will be applied for locations outside of our service area.
- Parking: Customers are responsible for any necessary pay parking fees during the cleaning service.
- Recurring Orders: We offer flexible payment options for recurring cleaning services. Please inquire with our customer service team to discuss these options in more detail.
